Meet and be inspired by the design team at TWIST. During the pandemic when there was so much uncertainty, the design team set out to “spread kindness” through a self-initiated project in the form of a coloring book filled with 31 pages of custom illustrations. In this virtual event, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the talented team at TWIST, hear about what inspired them, and see how TWIST is giving back to the community by reaching children of all ages to educate and inspire.

IDSA Cleveland will lead a demo session with a professional (or software company) to engage and educate the K-12 youth in industrial design.

Join us in our inaugural On the Boards event, showcasing the work of our members. Through conversation, our panelist will present and discuss what inspires them to design, why they design, and share recent and current projects.

An online field trip to museums and gallery creative spaces in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio; where a design host will report on the artwork showing and what activities are happening inside of the museum. Participating museums will be added soon.

A FREE, drop-in, design-making event to explore your artistic expression. The design challenge will take about 20 minutes and participants are welcome to explore the museum galleries. All materials will be provided. Participants are encouraged to check-in anytime between 1-4 p.m. For inclement weather, the event will be inside the Museum. A Cleveland Design Week RSVP is required.
